• Your upload does not violate the rights of any third party.

You grant Lock Chime a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, display, and distribute your uploaded audio solely as part of the platform’s functionality.

4. Prohibited Content

Users are strictly prohibited from uploading the following:

• Copyrighted or commercially licensed music, sound effects, or recordings without permission.
• Audio taken from movies, TV shows, video games, or branded media without authorization.
• Material that violates privacy, publicity, or trademark laws.
• Content intended for unauthorized distribution of copyrighted works.

5. Disclaimer

All materials on Lock Chime are provided on an “as is” basis. Lock Chime makes no warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Users upload content at their own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Lock Chime, its owners, affiliates, developers, or suppliers be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, profit loss, or business interruption.

Lock Chime acts solely as a hosting platform for user-generated audio. We do not review, edit, or endorse uploaded content. All responsibility for content lies with the users who upload it.

10. Trademark Disclaimer

Lock Chime is an independent platform and is not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Tesla, Inc., or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates. The name “Tesla” is used strictly for descriptive purposes.

11. Revisions

Lock Chime may modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use the site, you agree to be bound by the latest version.
